Fasting Day 11 – The last day.

I bring you good tidings from the Most High.

I’ve had the most stressful past three days and enough reasons to send me into the stress ER. I like to think I’m getting better at holding my own.

The most beautiful thing happens this afternoon, when a close friend of mine refers me to a friend of hers who was starting to lose faith. It’s an honour to defend God even though I know that He does not need it. What a joy.

I’m reflecting today and one change that stands out for me is patience and how I no longer have the strong urge to throw reason out the window when I feel stressed or unhappy. I also find myself acting with more thought and consideration towards other people. I like who I am becoming in You Jesus.

Today, I am writing a letter to Yeshua. It is a letter of thanks.

These days, I understand more and more what it meant when He said that sufficient unto the days is the evil thereof. I am content with not knowing what will happen tomorrow. I feel no urge to worry about what I cannot control. I can really only handle one day at a time.

Things are moving well. Everything is so good. I’m trying not to let ingratitude slip in by scrutinizing my inabilities and seeming limitations. I’m content to let Jesus work out what He has put in my hands. It’s a lot but I was never meant to be small.

I want to walk with Jesus without looking at men. This season has helped me focus, reminding me of the dreams you showed to me a long time ago, there’s a lot of instructions. Many things to be done. I know I can, because You have said I can.

You know the awesome thing about fasting? It becomes your new lifestyle. You become fasted off things that do not let your spirit grow. You’re fasted off the things that are not of Him. It’s wonderful.

Maranatha

I pray that Your answers are permanent. I pray that you stick closer, with more intensity than before, seeking wisdom for all He has put in your hands. I declare one thing today – that long standing issues that you have are resolved right now in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Psalms 103:2 is for you, hold this to your heart:

“Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me.”

2 Thessalonians 3:1 is for the church, for the prevalence of the gospel. It goes:

“Finally, dear brothers and sisters, we ask you to pray for us. Pray that the Lordโ€™s message will spread rapidly and be honoured wherever it goes, just as when it came to you.”

Power is moving out of heaven and has come upon you! I write down this declaration:

I will not let pain make me forget all the testimonies and instructions in this fasting season
The devil will not steal my joy through suffering
This is the point where I receive
I am and will remain fervent
No pain and affliction will distract me
They will build me up instead
Your will, Your way, My priorities
I am consecrated and sensitive to You

Times may come when you forget this season, but remember that you have prayed and prophecies have gone ahead of you. May the Holy Spirit remind you of Abba’s promises. May you receive strength to keep His instructions in the way He wants it to be done.

You can watch a rebroadcast of the last prayer session here. It will bless you richly:

Shalom โค๐Ÿ•Šโœจ
